Key responsibilities include hardware installations, structured cabling, and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in data centers, strong cabling skills, and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Own transportation and ability to work on-site.
• Experience with DCIM and ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.

Skills

Cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber)

Server hardware knowledge (Dell, HP, Supermicro)

Professional communication skills in English

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Education

Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar)

Network certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+)

Tools

Standard tools (screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment)
