Freelance Conference Producer - Network X Americas 2026

Contract: 28 days (3/4 days per week over 3 months)
Location: Fully Remote

We're looking for a dynamic Conference Producer to help us curate an exceptional speaker lineup for Network X Americas, taking place May 18-20, 2026 at the Irving Convention Center, Dallas, Texas.

What You’ll Do

• Source & secure 35+ expert speakers across three high‑impact tracks:
  • Cloud, Edge & Access for AI (1 day)
  • Broadband Networks Evolution (2 days)
• Build and maintain detailed speaker lists and databases in Google Sheets.
• Conduct strategic outreach via LinkedIn, competitor events, associations, and referrals.
• Gather bios, photos, and contact details for all confirmed speakers.
• Collaborate with speakers to refine presentation outlines.
• Provide weekly progress updates to the Event Director.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in speaker acquisition, ideally for B2B tech events.
• Strong research, outreach, and database management skills.
• Knowledge of telecommunications/networking industry is a plus.
• Ability to hit ambitious targets under tight deadlines.
• 35 confirmed speakers by February 1, 2026
• Complete, organized speaker database with bios and photos.
• Weekly pipeline updates and progress reports.
