Job summary

A leading construction consultancy is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of civils projects valued between £500k and £5m in Manchester. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in project management, strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Additionally, knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts and the necessary certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid are mandatory. A full UK driving license and travel to sites across the region are required.
