Job summary

Precious Brands in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Creative Artworker to join the design team on a part-time, hybrid basis. You will produce print-ready packaging artwork from concepts, handling dielines and collaborating with printers to ensure flawless results.

Ideal candidates will have artworking experience in premium packaging, expert use of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, print-ready packaging artwork from concepts using dielines.

• Check artwork against brand guidelines and print specs (bleed, trim, color).
• Manage file handovers and version control with printers and partners.
• Support design team with mock-ups and client-ready visuals.

We're Precious Brands — a full-service creative agency in Kingston-upon-Thames, working across packaging, print, content production, digital design, brand strategy and creative direction for luxury fragrance brands, higher‑end celebrity brands, and exciting food and drink names on the up. We're a small, close-knit studio who genuinely love what we do — beauty, fragrance, and making beautiful things.

We're on the hunt for a Creative Artworker with packaging experience to join our design team part‑time, working alongside our two Senior Designers to bring concepts to life as flawless, print‑ready artwork and digital assets.

This role is all about the details — we’re looking for the kind of person who can't let something go to print until it's just right :)

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing accurate, print‑ready packaging artwork from design concepts, using dielines and technical information
• Getting hands‑on with print processes and substrates (foil, embossing, spot varnish, litho, digital) for beautiful premium packaging
• Checking artwork against brand guidelines and print specs (bleed, trim, colour breakdowns, ink coverage)
• Managing file handovers and version control with printers and production partners
• Supporting the design team with mock‑ups and client‑ready visuals
• Creating digital banners and assets

Technical Skills We're Looking For

• Proven artworking experience, ideally in packaging or premium print
• Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with solid dieline experience
• A real eye for detail and strong print production knowledge
• Comfortable juggling deadlines across a few live projects at once
• Based within commuting distance of Kingston — this is a hybrid role, with some studio days each week
• Figma (or willingness to learn) for digital assets creation
