We are looking for a Fraud Signals & Authentication Tech Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team focused on cutting edge fraud prevention solutions. This role sits within our Fraud Prevention strategy working across three pillars: Identification and Verification, Detection and Servicing.
You’ll work closely with our Strategy and Analytics team, driving initiatives to continually optimise our fraud detection platforms to ensure they remain at their best.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
- Strong experience in managing technology delivery projects, utilizing methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent skills in communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business units, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards related to fraud prevention, such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
Other highly valued skills include:
- Deep understanding of fraud prevention technologies and methodologies, including machine learning algorithms, data analytics, and real-time transaction monitoring.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles to enhance the usability of Tech platforms, ensuring that they meet both technical and user needs.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in fraud prevention practices
This role will be based in our Knutsford campus.
Purpose of the role
To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
Accountabilities
- Management of the delivery, resource allocation and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and the execution of sprints.
- Collaboration with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails to support the proposal of technically feasible solutions, and effort and timeline expectations.
- Collaboration with software engineers, quality teams, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle aligned to the banks objectives, regulation and security policies.
- Identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges.
- Management of change requests and communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
