Job Description

As a Fraud Senior Associate your duties will include:

  • Take the lead on complex and high-value fraudulent claims, including motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents, and organised fraud rings.
  • Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development.
  • Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
  • Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Fraud practice.
  • Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Fraud Senior Associate should have a minimum of 6 PQE working on fraud cases from either a claimant or defendant background. Please note the level of experience identified is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
