As you grow, you’ll blend customer support with investigative work, using digital forensics and OSINT, data analysis with SQL, and collaboration across a global team to improve policies and fraud detection systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a direct support role, fraud, Trust & Safety, or content moderation.
• Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking.
• Strong communication skills for global collaboration.
• Experience creating training materials and maintaining knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Fraud-focused Customer Support & Escalations: Investigate guideline violations, manage complex user requests, and resolve high-profile cases.
• Quality Assurance & Training: Conduct quality audits, calibrations, and help develop training materials for global accuracy.
• Fraud Investigation: Use digital forensics and OSINT to detect and remove fraudulent content.
• Strategy & Data: Leverage SQL and data analysis to track metrics and propose policy updates for fraud detection.
