A leading digital insurance provider is seeking a Fraud Investigator - Household Claims to tackle suspected fraudulent claims. This role involves working closely with various teams to identify fraud and support a leading fraud defense strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance, particularly within household claims. Reporting into one of our Home Fraud Team Leaders, you’ll tackle a mix of suspected fraudulent claims across contents and buildings insurance. You’ll work closely with Operational Teams, Suppliers and wider Fraud Teams to identify and respond to fraudulent claims. Your goal is to support Hastings Direct in delivering a market leading fraud defence for Household/Home Claims.
