A leading transport service provider seeks a Fraud Analysis Officer in Southampton. Responsibilities include reviewing reports for suspicious activities, analyzing data, and producing intelligence reports. South Western Railway (SWR) operates over 1,500 services each weekday across the network and employs more than 5,000 people. We provide easy and convenient mobility, connecting people and communities in South West London, southern counties of England, and the Isle of Wight.
As a Fraud Analysis Officer, you will gather intelligence from a range of sources, both reports from colleagues and a range of data sources. You will assess the credibility of the intelligence and produce intelligence reports with a review to tasking a Fraud Investigations Officer to conduct a criminal investigation.
You will have a high level of attention to detail and be able to detect anomalies in data sets which may be indicative of irregular travel.
This role is predominantly based at Overline House in Southampton, however, travel around the network is required.
Working an average of 37 hours per week across an average of 5 days.
Generally office hours (0900-1700), but with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
