Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role as a GM or similar.
• Fluent in English with the right to work in the UK is essential.
• Must be open to learning and receiving coaching.

Responsibilities

• Train new franchisees on cooking the brand's food.
• Conduct regular on-site checks to ensure quality.
• Support and manage 20 kitchen partners’ performance.
• Assist partners directly in the kitchen as needed.
