A leading energy firm in the UK is seeking a confident and strategic Frameworks Strategy Manager to support its Energy & Carbon Division. The successful candidate will lead the development of public sector frameworks, ensuring compliance and competitiveness while driving efficiency and innovation. With a salary of £58,350 per annum, the role offers numerous benefits including 25 days leave, life assurance, and a pension scheme with 6% employer contribution.

We’re looking for a confident and strategic Frameworks Strategy Manager to join LASER Energy, supporting the Energy & Carbon Division of Commercial Services Group. Our Energy Framework is used by around 1/3 of all Councils in England and Wales and provides over £500M worth of gas and electricity to public buildings each year. In addition, our decarbonisation frameworks and services always aim to push the boundaries; we’ll explore new solutions and technologies to make sure the journey to net zero grows ever-greener and always more efficient – for us and our customers. As the Framework Strategy Manager, you’ll take ownership of how our frameworks are designed, procured and managed, making sure they’re compliant, commercially strong and meet the needs of our customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the division operates, identifying new opportunities and ensuring our frameworks remain competitive, flexible and high performing.
