Lead the Civil & Structural Transformation of One of the UK’s Busiest Airports

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the Gatwick Framework account, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards
• Building strong, trusted relationships with airport stakeholders and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
• Supporting the development and execution of our aviation business strategy
• Coordinating project teams and resources to ensure seamless delivery
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients, representing BakerHicks with professionalism and insight
• Leading the preparation of winning bids and tenders, with a sharp focus on value, innovation, and client needs

What You Bring

• A degree or equivalent in a relevant technical or operational discipline
• Chartered status with a professional body
• Significant experience in project delivery within construction or civil engineering, ideally in an aviation setting
• A strong understanding of design stages across disciplines
• A proven track record in business development and account management
• Experience working in the Aviation sector on construction or civil engineering projects a plus; otherwise experience working on frameworks for other projects within construction or civil engineering will be required

Where You Will Be Based

You will be onsite at Gatwick Airport three days a week, with occasional travel to BakerHicks offices as needed.
