Job summary

CHANEL Birmingham is seeking a Fragrance Specialist to elevate our fragrance counter through immersive consultations, storytelling and service-led experiences. You will build lasting client relationships and support makeup and skincare promotions while delivering best-in-class client service.

You will lead fragrance workshops and events, mentor colleagues and actively use clienteling tools to grow the client portfolio, with a focus on meeting counter sales targets within a luxury retail

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing retail environment.
• Strong understanding of perfumery and fragrance applications.
• Ability to deliver personalised fragrance consultations and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert fragrance consultations and educate clients on product benefits.
• Host in-store events and masterclasses to elevate fragrance category.
• Mentor colleagues and act as an ambassador for CHANEL on counter.

Location: Selfridges Birmingham

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, any 5 in 7 days

Your role @CHANEL:

As a Fragrance Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating the fragrance category through immersive consultations, storytelling, and service-led experiences that connect clients deeply with our brand. Whilst you will be a passionate champion for fragrance, your role also contributes to the overall success of the counter through the promotion of makeup and skincare.

You will lead by example in delivering a best-in-class client experience, support business growth through innovative events, and act as a mentor and ambassador to colleagues.
