• Support the Store management team across all product areas and back of house when needed.
• Build and manage a successful team to deliver service and maintain stock processes.
• Deliver the Bath & Body Works store experience, acting as brand ambassador and ensuring the space is inviting.
• Motivate and inspire your team to perform at their best and adapt to change.
