Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Part Time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant at Leeds Bradford Airport. You will deliver personalised fragrance, makeup and skincare consultations, build client relationships, and drive sales while using clienteling tools to grow the client portfolio.

This role requires a passion for client experience and a collaborative team mindset. Contract is permanent, 26 hours per week in a 4 out of 7 days pattern, with benefits and ongoing training to support your CHANEL career

• Experience in a client-facing retail environment.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting client relationships in-store and via digital channels.
• Share knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence.
• Deliver expert personalised consultations to educate clients.
• Use clienteling and data tools to recruit and grow the client portfolio.
• Assist in achieving individual and counter sales targets and KPIs.
