Role Overview

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and execute a marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, strengthens our market position, and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Elevate SF Recruitment's brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Oversee content strategy to position SF Recruitment as an industry thought leader.
  • Provide strategic direction for digital campaigns, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Design and guide initiatives that drive qualified leads and increase client/candidate engagement.
  • Set the vision for integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth.
  • Introduce new marketing processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and ROI.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business strategy.
  • Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Establish clear reporting frameworks and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment to senior leadership.
