• Optimise external legal spend and manage risk during a transition away from a long-term advisor.
• Advise on employment matters (significant HR activity with a large seasonal workforce).
• Advise on day to day contractual and legal matters.
• Support on IP, data protection (DSARs), and governance issues.
• Help reduce reliance on external counsel and build a cost-effective legal framework.
