Job summary

Gofractional is looking for an accomplished COO to join in Peterborough and help scale a fast-growing education and consulting group. You will run day-to-day operations, implement scalable systems, and build the leadership team to enable growth without founder involvement.

This executive will work closely with the founder, drive KPIs, establish governance, and prepare the business for future expansion and an eventual CEO trajectory.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leader with experience in £20M+ revenue businesses.
• Full P&L responsibility and strategic delivery capability.
• Ability to scale businesses through governance, systems and teams.
• Strong KPI, reporting and accountability discipline.
• Track record of building leadership and supporting growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Senior Leadership Team and drive accountability across departments.
• Design scalable operating systems and governance frameworks.
• Improve efficiency, profitability and customer experience.
• Scale the business toward £100M+ revenue and support acquisitions.
• Build and develop senior leaders and succession plans.
• Collaborate with founder to execute strategic direction.
