Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a London-based professional for the Financial Risk Analytics (FRA) team. The role combines client onboarding, project coordination, product support, data analysis, and operational delivery across FRA solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with cloud technology (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure valued).
• Experience with data analysis and operational problem solving.
• Programming experience in Python or similar languages.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML; exposure to modern platforms is preferred.
• Project management qualification such as Prince2 or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client implementation and onboarding for FRA solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities across engineering, product, design, development, QA, and support teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Prioritise tasks and manage day-to-day implementation and support activities.
• Provide day-to-day support for Risk as a Service (RaaS) and deployed solutions.
• Investigate and resolve system, data, and process issues with timely resolutions.
• Support client requests with detailed analysis and clear feedback to drive daily results.
• Contribute to data validation and quality checks across inputs/outputs for end-to-end workflows.
