About this Position:

This role is for a Principal FPGA Design Engineer working on complex electronic systems in the UK. The position serves as the technical lead for FPGA architecture, implementation and verification, ensuring designs meet system requirements while supporting and guiding the wider engineering team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Define FPGA architectures from high-level system requirements.
  • Lead VHDL design, verification and hardware integration.
  • Produce test benches, verification evidence and technical documentation.
  • Manage work packages and support firmware release processes.

Experience Required:
