This role suits someone solutions-driven, technically adept, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects from end to end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on structuring and cleansing data across multiple FT source systems to improve reporting accuracy via Looker dashboards.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Own projects from ideation through delivery, managing timelines, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
  • Champion the use of modern finance tools, including Power Query and BI platforms.
  • Identify and resolve blockers between data sources and reporting tools.
  • Support innovation by embedding new methodologies and sharing learnings via the Innovation Network.
  • Enhance data workflows and automate reporting processes.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8+ years’ experience.
  • Expertise in finance systems (preferably Oracle Cloud ERP and Cloud EPM).
  • Advanced Excel and Power Query capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools (ideally Looker or equivalent).
  • Excellent problem-solving and project delivery skills.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and structured approach to data.
  • Able to work autonomously and elevate appropriately when needed.
  • Commercially focused with a strong sense of how data underpins performance.
  • Prior experience leading transformation initiatives in finance or FP&A teams.
  • Knowledge-sharing experience via internal networks or forums.
