Border to Coast is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join its Leeds team. The role will support strategic decision-making, financial performance, and business transformation initiatives, with emphasis on budgeting, reporting, and benefits realisation across B2C operations.

You will work closely with the Senior FP&A Manager to deliver budgeting processes, maintain revenue models, and develop Board-level reporting. The role offers hybrid working and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A and budgeting processes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong financial modelling and analytics.
• Experience with PowerBI and Excel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and monthly performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain revenue models for the business.
• Deliver benefits realisation and track transformation programmes.
• Partner with Change and Transformation teams to define and measure benefits.
• Build dashboards and reporting for change performance and KPIs.
• Provide insights into cost performance drivers and commercial impact.
