An established but fast growing algorithmic trading firm are looking to bring in an FP&A Manager into a team of 4 where you will take ownership of FP&A deliverables, manage a team and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

This is a great role for someone who has gained at least 3 - 6 years of experience in an FP&A role after qualifying so is well versed in budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles; but now wants to take on a leadership role to own these processes along with ad-hoc modelling and decision support analysis for senior management.

In addition to the commercial finance work, you will also manage more junior team members who are responsible for the management accounting and operational finance requirements. Your role will be to oversee this team and find ways to automate their processes as well as your own.

Therefore, having experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus (e.g. VBA, Tableau, or similar).
