Job summary

Capital Resourcing Group is partnering with a well-established insurer in Milton Keynes to appoint an FP&A Manager. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and finance business partnering to deliver meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with strong FP&A and stakeholder management skills, advanced Excel and experience with finance systems/BI tools. Hybrid working in Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with post-qualification experience.
• Strong FP&A, management reporting or finance business partnering background.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and stakeholder management.
• Insurance or regulated financial services experience is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to finance systems/BI tools.

Remuneration: £60K - £90K DOE + Bonus and excellent package
