Overview

Reed Finance is working with an established and growing client in the Glasgow area to recruit an FP&A Manager. This is a newly created position due to the growth of the organisation and will play a key role in the future development and success of the business. Our client is experiencing a significant period of growth due to expansion plans. This role will work closely with various key stakeholders across the organisation. We are searching for qualified accountants who have previous experience in either business partnering, FP&A or project accounting roles. It is ideal that you are system savvy and have been involved in process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Build, refine and maintain robust financial models
  • Refine the end-to-end reporting and forecasting process
  • Recommend process improvements to increase accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in reporting
  • Work closely with the FD to develop effective business planning and budgeting tools
  • Own the development of the primary accounting software
  • Partner with the wider business to develop data collection and modelling
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance
Qualifications
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS)
