Role Summary

As the Interim FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis within the organization. You will be responsible for providing strategic insights, financial forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial performance against targets.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a FP&A Manager or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) are preferred but not essential.
