A fast-growing fintech company in Greater London seeks a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis. You will drive budgeting cycles, provide insightful reporting, and ensure alignment with strategic goals across the organization. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in FP&A, exceptional modelling skills, and the ability to present complex financial information to senior audiences. About the role.
Finance is at the heart of Zilch, partnering closely with Leadership and the wider business to deliver insights, set plans and ensure we are maximising our growth potential. FP&A plays a critical role in driving this performance culture, ensuring we’re refocused on what matters and that we’re always on track.
We are now seeking an exceptional Director of FP&A to lead Zilch’s planning, forecasting and performance framework, while developing a high-performing FP&A team. In this role, you will shape our financial planning architecture, drive high-quality insight generation, and lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles that support Zilch’s strategic ambitions.
You will elevate the quality and clarity of financial decision-making across the business, working closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and plans. As a trusted partner to the CFO, Executive Committee and wider leadership, this role offers meaningful exposure to the Executive Committee, Board and investors, and plays a central role in Zilch’s next phase of growth.
