A leading international insurance group in Dartford is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Business Partner to support its Consumer Private Medical & Protection business. The candidate will deliver robust financial planning and analysis, work closely with senior leadership to achieve growth plans, and continuously improve reporting processes. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong financial modelling skills and a clear communicator. The position offers a hybrid working model.

Consumer FP&A Business Partner

Contract: Permanent, full-time
We are looking for a commercially minded FP&A Business Partner to support Howden’s Consumer Private Medical & Protection business. The division has grown 214% over the last two years, and this role sits at the centre of how we plan, trade, and invest for the next phase.
Reporting to the divisional Head of FP&A, you will also partner directly with the Consumer MD and Directors - turning insightful analysis into clear recommendations and action. It is a visible role with genuine scope to progress within Howden Group.
