Job summary

Stanton House is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support a growing fund services business with data-driven sales and go-to-market decisions. You will build and report on pipeline, budgets, and revenue forecasts using Salesforce data and CRM outputs.

The role involves partnering across Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance, delivering dashboards and ad-hoc reports for the Board, and ensuring accurate performance analytics and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or related field strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in an analytical role or FP&A.
• Exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce outputs and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report commercial financial analysis aligned with organizational reporting.
• Build sales and CRM pipeline targets that align with budgets and revenue targets.
• Reconcile sales and CRM data with regional P&L reporting and provide insights.
