The role requires prior FP&A experience, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset to drive improvements in reporting, forecasting and commercial decision support.

Qualifications

• Prior FP&A experience in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to build robust financial models.
• Analytical approach with ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Experience delivering dashboards and KPI reporting for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated budgets, forecasts and financial models for planning and decisions.
• Develop and maintain flexible Excel-based financial models.
• Deliver insightful analysis identifying trends, risks and performance drivers for leadership.
• Produce financial dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor performance.
• Partner with divisional finance, business development and ops teams to understand financial impact of commercial drivers.
• Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess risks and opportunities.
• Model cash flow forecasts and analyse working capital movements.
• Identify FP&A process improvements and drive automation and best practice.
• Support investor reporting with timely, accurate financial information.
• Assist in developing the financial consolidation system and reporting capabilities.
