Nigel Frank International have been retained by a rapidly growing manufacturing business and we are seeking a commercially focused FP&A Analyst to support our clients international operations, encompassing our manufacturing facilities in Europe.

This is a key role within our clients Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing analytical and strategic support to drive informed decision-making and enhance business performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Support the preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of the annual budget, strategic plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis, comparing actual results to budgeted and forecasted outcomes, and provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Management Reporting: Develop, maintain, and distribute accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational and functional leaders to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Financial Modelling: Build and maintain robust financial models to support capital investment projects and business planning.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within a multinational or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially astute, conscientious, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a flexible environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
