Job summary

MiQ in London is seeking a Finance Analyst, FP&A to join our Finance Department during a period of transformation and growth. This hybrid role reports directly into the Assistant FP&A Manager and supports both commercial decisions and reporting & analytics, providing a holistic view of the central FP&A function.

You will collaborate with regional markets to prepare forecasts and budgets, monitor performance against plans, and deliver insights on revenue, gross profit and expenses to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in FP&A / finance or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills with data analysis capability.
• Hands-on experience using financial planning tools (advantage: Workday Adaptive) for budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget and forecast; support consolidation of quarterly submissions across markets.
• Prepare forecast/budget board packs and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
• Monitor monthly/YTD performance against budget and forecast; produce revenue and gross margin reports.
• Partner with FP&A and commercial teams to analyze group performance and provide insights on trends and opportunities.
• Support financial transformation projects and drive process standardisation and automation.
