Sharp Consultancy is partnering with a fast-growing hospitality business seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. In this key role, you will contribute to the company’s long-term financial strategy, providing insights and analysis that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead short-term and long-term financial planning, overseeing multiple business functions and teams.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed 3-5 year financial plans to support the growth and stability of the business.
  • Management Accounts: Work closely with the finance team to prepare monthly management accounts and produce key reports for senior leadership.
  • Variance Analysis: Collaborate with operational teams to analyse performance variances, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Reporting: Produce clear, actionable financial reports for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Pricing & Menu Analysis: Analyse and provide insights into pricing structures and menu offerings, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct various analyses to support strategic initiatives and ongoing decision-making processes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A background in Financial Planning & Analysis, with proven ability to deliver accurate financial reports.
  • Qualified or active studier (CIMA or ACCA).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Clear and concise communicator, comfortable presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
  • A team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
