Ingram Micro's Comms-Care team in Northwich is seeking an FP&A Analyst – Commercial Finance Business Partner to influence commercial decisions and drive profitability.

You'll partner with Sales, Operations, Service Delivery and senior leaders, delivering financial insight on contracts, pricing and strategic initiatives, and turning data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or Management Accounting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Excel.
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support commercial decision-making and business performance.
• Provide financial insight on new business opportunities, contract renewals, and commercial initiatives.
• Analyze margins, profitability, and business performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

This isn't a traditional reporting role. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, and senior leaders, providing commercial insight and financial challenge on complex customer contracts, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with business leaders to support commercial decision-making and business performance.

• The ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
• Experience within technology, managed services, recurring revenue, or services-based businesses would be advantageous.
• A proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset.
