Role: FP&A Analyst

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for commercial analysis- helping teams make smarter decisions on trading performance, stock management, and growth initiatives. You'll be involved in everything from financial planning and forecasting through to ad-hoc analysis and dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing and reviewing weekly and monthly trading performance reports.
  • Supporting budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles across key categories.
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis and modelling for promotions, projects, and business cases.
  • Partnering with Buying & Merchandising teams to improve reporting and data tools.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor- challenging assumptions, spotting risks, and identifying opportunities.
  • Helping develop Power BI dashboards to bring data to life for stakeholders.
  • Driving improvements in systems, processes, and reporting capability.
Key Attributes
  • 1-3 years' experience in a commercial, finance, buying, or merchandising role.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc.).
  • Good communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Experience with Power BI and dashboard building would be a big plus.
  • Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or working towards).
