Job summary

Marc Daniels is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Farnborough on a hybrid basis to support strategic planning and budgeting for UK & Europe business units.

You will produce profitability reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis; manage monthly management reporting and sales commission reporting; assist with a 5-year rolling plan and operational metric reporting, and support process optimisation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or management accounts with focus on financial/data analysis.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills for financial models and variance analysis.
• Ability to produce accurate monthly management reports and KPI dashboards.

An FP&A Analyst is sought for a hugely impressive and rapidly growing business based out of Farnborough. This position would suit someone who has worked within FP&A before or who has a strong background in management accounts with a specific focus on financial or data analysis.

In this hybrid position you will play a key role in the strategic planning and budgeting for a number of business units across UK & Europe. You will be primarily responsible for:
