Job summary

Cherry Professional is partnering with a growing business to recruit an FP&A Analyst in a high-visibility finance role. You will be at the heart of decision-making, collaborating with senior leaders to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge assumptions for future strategy.

You will turn numbers into commercial recommendations, shaping business decisions and partnering with finance as a true business partner across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis or management accounting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• The ability to simplify complex financial information for non-finance audiences.
• A proactive, inquisitive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across multiple areas of the business.
• Deliver accurate and insightful management information to support decision-making.
• Analyse business performance, identify trends and highlight opportunities and risks.
• Build, develop and enhance financial models to support future planning.
• Support business cases, investment appraisals and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and operations to improve business performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial controls.
