Job summary

A global leader in vision care is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive financial success for their UK Ecommerce business. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, deliver accurate financial statements, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles. The ideal candidate will have experience in business partnering, strong analytical skills, and ideally be part-qualified CIMA/ACA. This position offers the opportunity to influence decisions in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

You'll combine sharp analysis with strategic thinking to deliver accurate reporting, insightful forecasts, and actionable recommendations that drive growth. What you'll be doing

  • Driving insightful reporting and analysis, turning complex data into clear actions that improve performance.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities, proposing solutions that safeguard profitability.
  • Supporting process improvements and developing key performance metrics to enhance efficiency.
What you'll need
  • Experience in a role with exposure to business partnering or budgeting processes.
  • Analytical ability and confidence in influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP, Hyperion Planning, and Oracle HFM is a plus.
  • Ideally part‑qualified CIMA/ACA.
  • A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
