  • Produce ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Build financial models for planning and profitability analysis.
  • Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards.

CMA Recruitment Group is currently supporting a group of businesses to hire an experienced FP&A professional to support financial planning and analysis across multiple business units and enable data-driven decisions and help achieve financial targets.

What will the FP&A role involve?
  • Delivering monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis against budget and prior year
  • Producing ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Building financial models for planning and profitability analysis
  • Supporting automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards
  • Providing month-end support including variance reviews and data validation
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A role:
  • Proven FP&A and business partnering skills with the ability to challenge senior leaders across the business
  • Whilst not essential, a working knowledge of SQL as well as experience with investment appraisals would both be highly beneficial
