Job summary

EXL is seeking a Palantir Data Engineer to join our Insurance practice in London. You will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ingest and transform data in Palantir Foundry, and develop AI-driven analytics applications.

You will collaborate with data architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade data products. Strong Foundry experience and Python/PySpark skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Big Data environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including data ingestion and integration, transformations, datasets, and Workshop.
• Strong programming in Python and PySpark; experience building custom applications within Foundry.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture; experience with AWS and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms.
• Develop and manage data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows in Palantir Foundry.
• Create and optimize Foundry datasets, pipelines, and applications to support analytics and AI-driven outcomes.
• Build interactive applications using Foundry Workshop, Slate, and front-end solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into data workflows and deploy intelligent Foundry applications.
