A leading design technology firm is looking for a strategic partner manager to lead type foundry partnerships in EMEA. We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial team member to lead Monotype’s type foundry partnerships in EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to cultivate high‑value foundry partner relationships, and influence our global inventory strategy from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for retaining and nurturing long‑term relationships with premier and strategic foundry partners. You'll act as both a trusted advocate for our partners and an internal voice for global foundry needs, delivering actionable feedback to product, content, and experience teams to ensure we’re building solutions that fit the needs of the global market.
Build and retain long‑term relationships with premier & strategic foundries, becoming their primary point of contact and connecting them with their network of supporting functions at Monotype.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, licensing alignment, and optimal merchandising.
Gather feedback to continuously improve the partner experience, advocate for tooling or content needs, and identify regional blockers to scale.
Work closely with the regional and global sales leaders to understand customer needs for fonts, identify and close the gaps in our offering and strive to support sales in revenue maximization.
Work cross‑functionally with global Partner Experience, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the foundry experience and drive mutual value.
Travel in EMEA to meet directly with partners to strengthen relationships and represent Monotype at relevant industry events and in professional communities.
