Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or defence environments with a strong understanding of standards.
• Proven ability to design, implement and own testing and compliance programs.
• Background in propulsion systems or high reliability technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire testing and compliance programme across motor and PCB assembly.
• Design and execute test strategies including EMC, environmental, and functional validation.
• Build the complete testing framework for aerospace and defence applications.
• Collaborate to embed compliance thinking early in design.
• Validate product quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Bring senior aerospace experience and apply standards.
• Take ownership and build processes in a fast-paced environment.
