Tyten Technologies Limited is seeking a Founding Systems Architect / Engineer to bridge architecture, system design, and business analysis as part of our founding team. You’ll shape how our AI-powered facilities management platform interacts across services, ensuring robustness and scalable growth from day one.

You’ll work closely with the founders to document decisions, drive technical direction, and move fast in a competitive market. Equity is offered in recognition of your impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as software/solutions architect or engineer in high-growth startup or tech firm.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to communicate designs in plain English.
• Experience with Python (FastAPI, Django) and PostgreSQL.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS).
• DevOps workflow: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

About The Role

We’re building TYTEN, bringing AI to the backbone of the $1.5T facilities management industry. Not a “sexy” industry, but the one that keeps the world running: elevators that don’t trap people, heating that works in winter, pipes that don’t burst on Christmas Eve. This industry is starving for change, and companies are banging down our door, demanding we build faster.

Our products help technicians and FM companies by orchestrating help desk operations, creating perfect work orders, and guiding engineers step-by-step with AI to resolve issues faster.

At the same time, it’s not just about efficiency, it’s about people like you and me being able to enjoy their homes and workplaces without disruption.

We're three founders, fully locked in. For us, it's go big or go home:

• Vlad: digs until he knows exactly what's broken on the client's side, then fights like hell to make sure we have the resources to fix it.
• Serge: lives in the infra trenches, fighting code and chaos at 4am.
• Tom: commercial bloodhound, already pulling in contracts while the ink on our whiteboard is still wet.

Now we need a Cracked Architect & Engineer (grit > specific frameworks).

We are looking for a Founding Systems Architect / Engineer who can bridge architecture, system design, and business analysis. This is a partner-level role: you'll work closely with the founding team to design how our systems interact, ensure robustness and scalability, and document processes so we can move faster.

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• 5+ years as a software engineer, systems engineer, or solutions architect in a high-growth startup or top tech firm
• Strong systems thinking and ability to communicate designs in plain English
• Experience with Python (FastAPI, Django) and PostgreSQL
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred)
• DevOps pipeline experience: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

Bonus

• AI/LLM experience (LangChain, LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, vector stores)
• Document/OCR processing (PDFs, images)
• Scheduling & optimisation expertise
• TypeScript, React, SQLAlchemy experience
