Cypress Labs is building a platform that models real businesses and simulates operations to help owners understand and manage their companies. We work in person in London, developing a system of agents and mathematical models that guide decision-making and planning.

You will extend the core platform, build across the stack, and collaborate with early design partners to align architecture with real-world needs. The role demands strong software craft and a readiness to tackle ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Must have shipped production software at scale or within a fast-moving product-driven environment.
• Ability to reason about data flows, state, and system boundaries.
• Experience integrating AI or LLMs into production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Extend the core platform: event sourcing, domain modeling, agent orchestration.
• Ship, operate, and monitor production infrastructure.
• Integrate external systems: POS, accounting, labor scheduling, weather, banking APIs.
• Onboard new merchants and translate needs into system capabilities.
