As the Founding Tax Analyst you will define the core tax intelligence of the platform. You will translate complex federal and state tax law into accurate executable models and ensure our simulation stack produces insights that are legally sound, practically actionable, and optimized for HNWI clients.
This is a hands‑on role; you will write natural language frameworks (not code) for tax calculations, design evaluation logic for simulations, and work closely with engineers to systemize and digitize tax rules.
This is foundational work; the decisions you make and the frameworks you build will directly impact the accuracy and effectiveness of the platform. You will be working at the intersection of deep tax expertise, cutting‑edge AI, and software engineering, helping HNWI clients navigate scenarios that were previously only manageable with a team of advisors.
On‑site in San Francisco (Embarcadero / Ferry Building)

Full‑time – Onsite; Minimum 200k base, 1% equity.
