Job summary

Project Anathem is building an agentic security company in the UK. We seek Founding Members of Technical Staff to join as we begin building the core platform and capabilities.

The team comes from elite academic and industry backgrounds, with strong incentives and a high-performance, meritocratic culture. We are building an agentic security business for an age of unprecedented cyber threat that will require next-generation, AI-native responses.

Having raised substantial capital from Tier 1 global VCs and angels, we are looking for Founding Members of Technical Staff to join us as we begin building.

You must have

• Proven experience performing at an elite level in a competitive technical environment
• Exceptional academics in a quantitative discipline from a top university
• Exposure to venture backed environments and/or personal entrepreneurial experience

• Deep expertise in applied ML with spikes in infra & security desirable but not necessary
