Job summary

Few&Far in London is seeking a Founding Engineer to own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, data and infra, with React/Next.js/TypeScript on the frontend and TS or Python on the backend.

In this early-stage role you will ship features, develop AI-assisted capabilities on complex relationship data, and work directly with pilot customers from idea to production, on-site four days a week in Central London.

Qualifications

• Strong React/TypeScript experience in production.
• Backend experience in TypeScript, Python, or both.
• Comfort with AI dev tools, high bar for code quality.

Up to £140k · 4 days onsite, Central London

We're working with an early-stage startup building a relationship intelligence platform for institutional sales. It helpings asset managers understand who matters, how people and organisations connect, and where to act next, using enterprise data, relationship graphs and AI.

They're looking for a Founding Engineer to own features end-to-end: React/Next.js/TypeScript on the frontend, TypeScript or Python on the backend.

You'll:

• Build and ship across frontend, backend, data and infra
• Develop AI-assisted features on complex relationship/market data
• Work directly with pilot customers, from idea to production

You have:
