Job summary

Ralio, London-based payments layer for AI agents, is hiring founding engineers to architect our codebase and guide engineering culture from the ground up. Hybrid in London with an office in Shoreditch, you will design high-throughput payment integrations, robust guardrails, and scalable systems to prevent fraudulent transactions.

• AI Experience: Proven track record of building products integrated with AI.
• Agentic Proficiency: Familiarity with agentic architectures and frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Versatility: Proficient in multiple programming languages (we primarily use Python and TypeScript).
• Full-Stack Capability: Hands-on experience with our stack: React, CLI development, MCPs, IaC, and PostgreSQL.
• Efficiency-Focused: A mindset for automation and continuous improvement.
• Domain Expertise: Experience with payment systems is highly valued.

The Opportunity

Ralio is the payments layer for AI agents. We’ve raised over $2.5 million from strong early investors and are now hiring Founding Engineers to shape the product, architecture and engineering culture from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-agency role; you will be the architect of our codebase and the seed of our engineering team.

You will build the platform that allows AI agents to transact safely. This includes engineering high-throughput payment integrations, designing robust agent guardrails, and architecting systems that prevent fraudulent transactions.
