Job summary

A dynamic technology startup in London seeks a Founding Designer to shape the visual and interaction design of an innovative AI marketing product. This role involves leading user interface design, conducting UX research, and collaborating closely with the technical founding team to establish a strong design foundation and drive product direction. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating exceptional minimalist design skills and experience building products in early-stage environments. Competitive salary and equity included.

Qualifications

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating minimalist, beautiful aesthetic and pixel-perfect UI craft.
• Proven experience as a sole or lead designer building products from scratch in an early-stage environment.
• Based in London and able to commit to 3 days/week co-located in the office.

Responsibilities

• Design exceptionally crafted user interfaces ensuring a minimalist aesthetic.
• Lead UX research and design for growth, influencing product direction.
• Establish the founding design culture and collaborate closely with engineers.
