Job summary

Xcede in London is seeking a founding engineer to take full ownership of major backend features end-to-end, and to help shape the technical direction of a healthtech scale-up. You will own critical components, drive architecture decisions, and contribute to product strategy from day one.

You will build production AI systems, tackle complex challenges, and ship features with real impact while operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
